Referrals & Rebates
You are welcome to make an appointment with or without a referral, and I see individuals both with and without a clinical diagnosis. Short- and long-term treatment options are available depending on your needs. I aim to make therapy accessible by offering sessions in person, via video or phone.
The Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative supports individuals to access psychological treatment. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or psychiatrist, you will be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $137.05 for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. To learn more about this plan, please consult your GP or psychiatrist.
